With In-process Quality Inspection we use state of the art lasers to make sure every line is precise. And with Outbound Quality Inspection during final assembly, every machine is comprehensively tried and tested before being shipped.
At KOMO, each manufacturing process works intricately together. We use cellular, a manufacturing approach and utilize 5S principles to build our machines efficiently. Electrical panels and operator consoles with the latest Fanuc controls are assembled in house by experienced electrical technicians.
To ensure quality assembly, each machine is built in its own work cell by skilled KOMO Machine mechanical assemblers.
Quality continues from the shop floor to Sales and Customer Service. Making machines built for a lifetime means we think about you – the customer. Our KOMO sales engineers are located throughout the country. They will meet with you personally to find the best machine that meets your needs. Then they will invite you to visit KOMO to experience our machines in action. Our applications department will show you how to take your parts from concept to finished product.
Our customers need to run their own Quality Control program and to help ensure that, KOMO Machine has a comprehensive training program to show you how to utilize your new KOMO machine, through classroom and hands on training. Our fully equipped Demo Room allows you to experience our machines and learn how they work.
