If you would like to sign up for a Technical Service Plan,KOMO offers 1-year and 3-year subscriptions for phone/virtual service. You can learn about these programs and purchase them online by clicking the button below. Please note: Effective 2025, Technical Support Subscriptions will be required for machines 12 years or older. Note: Machines built before 2002 may not be able to receive support due to obsolete parts and controls. Please inquire.
