Jennifer Lynn Dempsey, President
Jennifer's career with PMC Global Inc. began in 2009 as the controller for KOMO's sister company, Polyurethane Machinery Corporation. In 2020 she assumed the lead role as General Manager of PMC and KOMO Machine, ultimately becoming President in 2024. She prioritizes safety and productivity in a strong and collaborative work environment. When she is not coordinating team operations, addressing client concerns, or analyzing financial data, she travels to see customers. At home, Jennifer and her husband are parents to teenage triplets.
Bryan Minue, Vice President
Over a decade ago, Bryan brought his degree in mechanical engineering and years of engineering management experience to KOMO. Since then, he has been promoted to Director of Operations and is now Vice President. Bryan oversees engineering, sales, production, customer service and marketing for KOMO as well as its sister company, PMC. He enjoys traveling nationally to engage both potential and existing customers in the continued success of KOMO. In his spare time, Bryan is an automotive, motorcycle, and fabrication enthusiast who enjoys working in the garage and spending time with his wife and two children.
Steven Chen, Director of Engineering
Steve joined the company in 2015 as a Mechanical Engineer and progressed to Director of Engineering. With a strong background in manufacturing, he oversees engineering operations, drives R&D efforts, and helps customers optimize solutions for their applications. He holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Rutgers University. Steve's commitment to innovation and leadership makes him a great mentor, fostering a collaborative learning environment. Beyond work, Steve enjoys traveling, solving puzzles, and playing chess, always looking for new challenges to tackle.
John Spargur, Director of Production
John joined Komo in 2021, bringing over 20 years of engineering and manufacturing experience in wood, composites, and metals. Originally from Southern California, John relocated with a strong passion for applying his extensive expertise to drive innovation and deliver high-quality solutions at KOMO. His technical background and hands-on approach to function and production make him a key asset to the team. Outside of his professional work, John enjoys restoring vintage furniture in his workshop and staying active by running trails with his Australian Shepherd, Harley.
Kevin Richards, Director of Materials
Kevin manages and oversees the materials team. This dedicated team consists of shipping, receiving, inventory control, planning and purchasing.
From having many years of experience in manufacturing projects, purchasing, planning, scheduling, and product-sales management, Kevin has the customer first mindset, whether he is supporting multiple departments internally or externally for customers. Kevin enjoys spending time with close friends and family doing a vast array of outdoor activities during the warmer months and downhill skiing in the colder months.
Jerry Bartiromo, Customer Service Manager
Jerry brings 25-year of large corporate customer service and sales expertise to KOMO. As Customer Service Manager, he oversees the day-to-day functions of the customer service and technical support departments. He works with engineering and production on machine retro-fits and new installations. Jerry also manages the onsite service technician schedule and preventative maintenance program. Jerry is an avid golfer and loves spending time with his wife and dogs when he is not on the golf course.
Lara Burke, Marketing Manager
Lara joined KOMO Machine, Inc. in the summer of 2024, bringing her many years of experience in industrial manufacturing marketing to promote KOMO's quality machinery. Lara's commitment to innovation helps strengthen KOMO’s brand presence through compelling campaigns, content and digital initiatives. When not working, you can find Lara on the golf course or enjoying the many amenities of the Jersey Shore with her family and friends.
Jarid Putman, Assistant Controller
Jarid serves as the Assistant Controller at Komo Machine, Inc., bringing over 12 years of experience in the accounting field. He has been a member of the Komo team for 10 years and has held his current position for the past year. Jarid combines his financial background with a passion for engineering, making Komo a perfect place to apply both interests. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.
